Electrical Superintendent
- Up to $200,000 base salary
- Company Truck
- $150/day Per Diem (7 days per week)

We are partnered with a leading electrical contractor with over $300M in annual revenue, recognized for delivering complex, large-scale projects across mission critical, data center, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of secured work heading into 2026, they are expanding their field leadership team and seeking experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendents to support major projects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Project Execution
- Oversee day-to-day electrical construction activities on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
- Lead field crews, subcontractors, and foremen to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules.
- Coordinate manpower planning, material deliveries, and equipment requirements to maintain project progress.
- Drive productivity while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety compliance.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate closely with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and clients throughout all phases of construction.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on schedule, manpower, and field progress.
- Coordinate installation sequencing with other trades to avoid conflicts and delays.
- Assist with constructability reviews and proactively identify potential project issues.
Safety & Quality Control
- Enforce OSHA standards and company safety procedures across all job sites.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, site inspections, and quality control checks.
- Ensure all installations meet project specifications, code requirements, and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate field documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking.
Scheduling & Workforce Management
- Support and manage project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Supervise and mentor field personnel, ensuring effective communication and accountability.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist in resolving field-related issues and managing project changes efficiently.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience with a strong background in field supervision.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, healthcare, or manufacturing projects.
- Data center or mission critical project experience highly preferred.
- Ability to manage large field teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors on complex projects.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, electrical systems, and project execution.
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide or work on local Texas projects depending on preference.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background screening and related checks.
