Since 2017, our mission is to be the leading search consultancy within the Data Center sector. Our contemporary approach combines traditional training with the latest tools and technologies. We work with clients globally to place technical talent in permanent or contract roles, ranging from subject-matter experts to board-level positions.

The data center, power, and cooling sectors are technically demanding. A recruiter without direct sector knowledge cannot reliably assess whether a candidate has the right experience for a role, and that gap costs clients time and money. Clear was built specifically to address that. From hyperscale campuses to edge deployments, we work exclusively in the data center sector so we understand the roles, the timelines, and what good talent actually looks like.

Launching in 2022, we have grown into a specialist consulting team. We cover data center, AI infrastructure, and power generation roles across the US, placing talent at neo clouds, contractors, and AI startups.
From our Dubai office we serve the GCC region and wider Middle East, with dedicated coverage across Asia Pacific. We support the fast-growing data center markets in the UAE, Singapore, Australia, and beyond.
