Modern Slavery Act Statement

This statement is published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which requires organisations supplying goods or services and carrying on business in the UK with global turnover above £36 million to publish an annual slavery statement on their website.

Although Clear Engineering Recruitment Limited does not currently meet this turnover threshold, we are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

Company Structure

Clear Engineering Recruitment Limited supplies recruitment services to clients, providing placements for individuals in the industrial, manufacturing and building sectors. The company is based in London and has 4 directors and an employee.

Supply Chains

Our supply chains include sourcing candidates for clients. We expect our suppliers to strive for high ethical standards.

• If a supplier's compliance with the Act is considered unsatisfactory, we review the ongoing supplier relationship to ensure our own continued compliance.
• We are committed to investigating any allegations of modern slavery or human trafficking, whether in our own company or among outsourced suppliers.

Training

As the company currently has one employee, there is not currently a need for a whistleblowing policy or specific training. The need for both remains under review as the business expands, to ensure staff awareness of risks and enable identification of potential areas of concern.

Annual Review and Approval

This statement will be reviewed annually by the board of directors.
