Construction Manager – Data Centre (ELV) in London Area, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities across ELV packages within the Data Centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor programme milestones and drive progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and project standards.
• Work closely with MEP, CSA, and commissioning teams throughout delivery phases.
• Attend site meetings, progress reviews, and client coordination meetings.
• Review RAMS, permits, and installation quality on site.
• Support snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on Data Centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, ICT, BMS, and Security systems.
• Experience working within fast-paced construction environments.
• Right to work within the UK and can start immediately
