Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Europe
Salary: Up to €95k + accommodation + flights + allowance
Will be working on rotation
We are currently working with a leading international contractor delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects across Europe, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value data centre projects, supporting full lifecycle delivery from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial aspects of major construction packages from tender through to completion
- Lead cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Prepare and manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting
- Work closely with project teams to drive commercial performance and risk mitigation
- Support contract administration under NEC / JCT frameworks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong background within large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable)
- Experience managing CSA and/or MEP packages
- Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
- Open to working across European project locations
