Building Management Systems Engineer in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany

Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 per year + benefits

Rotation: 10/4

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BMS/EPMS Engineer to join a leading data centre operation in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot BMS and EPMS systems in a high-demand data centre environment.
• Monitor critical infrastructure, alarms, and system performance to ensure uptime and efficiency.
• Conduct regular system inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with on-site and remote teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BMS/EPMS engineer, preferably in data centres or critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building management and electrical power management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel and live on-site during rotation periods.
• English language proficiency required; German is a plus.
