Overview

Join a major data centre project team delivering critical BMS and EPMS systems from installation through to commissioning and handover. This role is central to coordinating vendors, driving programme, and ensuring quality delivery on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BMS/EPMS package from install through commissioning and final handover
• Lead coordination between design teams, vendors, and site operations
• Chair technical workshops and drive resolution of design and site issues
• Review drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals
• Oversee commissioning activities, ensuring programme alignment
• Act as main point of contact for vendors and stakeholders
• Review L3 testing outputs and system performance
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and sign-off of completed works
• Manage commissioning documentation and track progress via Cx systems

Requirements

• Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Controls
• Proven experience with BMS/EPMS on large-scale or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of building automation, commissioning, and integration
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage multiple vendors
• Strong communication and organisational skills
