The role

Full ownership of the mechanical scope across a varied project portfolio — industrial, manufacturing, controlled environment agriculture, and large-scale commercial. You'll work within an integrated design and construction team, with real responsibility and real autonomy from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Leading mechanical scope from preconstruction through to handover
• Managing subcontractors, procurement, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborating with in-house design teams, supers, and clients
• Owning project performance and delivery

What we're looking for

• Mechanical engineering or construction management background
• Experience running mechanical scope on commercial or industrial projects
• Design/build exposure preferred
• Organised, accountable, and comfortable owning a job end to end
