I'm working exclusively with a high-growth data center operator who are looking for a VP of Site Selection to lead and scale their land acquisition function across the US.

This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants genuine influence over the strategic direction of an expanding business. With an impressive and growing portfolio, this operator is a serious player in one of the most dynamic sectors in real estate right now - and they're building the team to match.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the implementation of a national land acquisition strategy, identifying and securing sites ahead of the market
• Owning the full site selection lifecycle — from early-stage prospecting and pre-application through to planning submission
• Acting as the bridge between Site Selection, New Development, and Construction — driving alignment from concept through to delivery
• Shaping the long-term acquisition roadmap and contributing directly to company-wide growth strategy
• Building and mentoring a high-performing team, setting the standard for how the function operates

What they're looking for:

• A seasoned professional with extensive experience in site selection or real estate development strategy
• Strong background in data center and/or industrial real estate
• Deep knowledge of the US market — regionally and nationally
• Degree in real estate, construction, or a related discipline
