Electrical Lead - Anywhere up to €115'000 (Depending on Experience) + Rotations + €13'000NET/year Allowance + Accommodation + Flights + Travel


A leading European data centre delivery specialist provides turnkey solutions for clients across the continent, delivering projects from initial design through construction and commissioning. The organisation offers expertise across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale mission-critical facilities.


With multiple hyperscale data centre projects currently under construction across several European countries, the company continues to play a key role in the growth of digital infrastructure throughout the region.


The company is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join its project delivery team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and management of the Electrical Systems package.
  • Oversee site safety activities in collaboration with the Project Manager and Health & Safety team, including the preparation, management, and close-out of all safety documentation.
  • Promote and maintain a strong Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) culture across the project team.
  • Manage site quality assurance processes alongside the QA Manager, ensuring all documentation is completed and maintained to the required standards.
  • Coordinate project schedules with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and client representatives to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor and control all costs associated with the electrical package.
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements.


Requirements

  • Trade qualification and/or relevant third-level engineering qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, electrical supervision, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience coordinating and delivering large-scale electrical installation projects.
  • Strong understanding of industrial relations and workforce management.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction environments is advantageous.
