CSA Lead - Data Centre in Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area

Position: CSA Lead

Location: Germany

Sector: Data Centres

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 6 months+

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all CSA activities on site
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate closely with project management, design teams, and client representatives
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and drive programme milestones
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a CSA Lead or Senior CSA role
• Previous Data Centre experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Eligible to work in Germany
