MEP Commissioning Manager

The role:
MEP Commissioning Manager working for a leading commissioning agent on a major new data centre project in Norway. You'll own the full commissioning process across mechanical and electrical systems - from early design input through to handover.
- Develop commissioning scripts and test procedures across MEP scope
- Lead design reviews and commissionability assessments from the early stages
- Witness testing, drive snag resolution, and manage the path to L5 handover
- Working CxA-side as the independent commissioning authority - not the contractor
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in an MEP commissioning role, ideally CxA-side
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems across L1–L5
- Experience developing scripts and leading design reviews
- Data centre or mission-critical experience
- Willing to be based in or relocate to Norway
- Must hold an EU/ Schengen Visa
This is a permanent role on a major new-build data centre for an established commissioning agent expanding across the Nordics.
