Junior BMS Engineer – Dublin

Salary: Up to €50,000 + Benefits


We are looking for a Junior BMS Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate engineer or someone with experience in HVAC, electrical, automation, refrigeration, instrumentation, or building services who is looking to build a career in Building Management Systems (BMS).


The Role

You will work alongside experienced engineers on a range of commercial and industrial projects, assisting with the commissioning, testing, and optimisation of BMS systems. The role is primarily site-based, giving you hands-on experience with building controls, HVAC systems, and automation technologies. As your skills develop, there will be opportunities to progress into design, engineering, and project delivery roles.


What We're Looking For

  • Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in an engineering discipline (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, automation, instrumentation, refrigeration, or building services
  • Good computer skills and a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
