MEP QA/QC Manager at Clear. in Paris, Île-de-France, France (On-site)

We're looking for an experienced QAQC Manager to take ownership of quality assurance and control across major data centre construction projects in France - on behalf of one of the world's leading hyperscalers.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and implementing a comprehensive QA/QC programme across a large data centre project
• Conducting site inspections and audits across MEP and CSA works
• Acting as the bridge between construction and commissioning teams to ensure seamless handover
• Driving continuous improvement, reporting, and non-conformance resolution
• Mentoring junior QA/QC staff and shaping best practice across the region

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in construction QA/QC, ideally in data centres or mission-critical infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems - UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling, fire suppression
• Familiarity with French and EU construction standards and regulations
• Excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple contractors and stakeholders
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• Must be based in France
