We're looking for an experienced BMS Small Works Manager to lead the successful delivery of Time & Materials (T&M) and Small Works projects across London. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Role:

• Manage the delivery of BMS Small Works and T&M projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resources and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage customer relationships, escalations and warranty issues.
• Work closely with sales, finance and engineering teams to support project delivery.
• Produce project reports, forecasts and customer documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing BMS Small Works, Service or Projects.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/HVAC control systems.
• Experience with platforms such as Trend, Tridium/Niagara or Siemens.
• Commercial awareness with strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication and leadership abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
