Service Manager - BMS (Building Management Systems)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Service Manager to establish and lead a dedicated Maintenance & Aftersales division.


This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement, offering the chance to build a new function within an established and growing business. You will take ownership of revenue generation, customer success, and service delivery, ensuring a market-leading aftersales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of P&L and revenue targets for the maintenance and aftersales division
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan across Ireland, UK, Spain, and new markets
  • Establish, scale, and lead the SCS Support / maintenance department
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing customer support team
  • Implement processes, KPIs, and service standards to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships
  • Drive renewals, service contracts, and recurring revenue streams
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, projects, telemetry, and sales
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
  • Stay current with emerging technologies within BEMS and EPMS environments


Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of building services, ideally within BEMS / EPMS environments
  • Familiarity with systems such as Tridium, Trend, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Cylon, and Automated Logic
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and scale teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience owning revenue targets or business units
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within service operations, aftersales, or technical support environments is advantageous
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
