Quality Assurance Manager in European Union

Location: Fredericia, Denmark

Duration: 6 Month Contract Minimum | ASAP Start

Rotation: 3/1 | 10-hour days

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with an MEP background (electrical or mechanical bias) to support a major hyperscale data centre project in Fredericia, Denmark. You will be required to work on site every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QA activities across electrical and mechanical scopes
• Oversee QA processes across all project phases to ensure compliance with project specifications and client standards
• Develop, implement, and maintain project quality assurance systems and procedures
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are achieved
• Review documentation, inspection records, and quality reports to maintain project compliance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager on hyperscale data centre, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or other mission-critical projects
• Strong MEP knowledge with either an electrical or mechanical qualification/background
• Experience managing project-wide QA systems and procedures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
• Availability for an immediate start
• EU Passport or Danish permanent residency/work authorization
