🚧 Electrical Commissioning Lead – Data Centre | Copenhagen

A well-established commissioning firm specialising in mission-critical environments is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Cx Lead for a major data centre project in Copenhagen.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role on a high-value build, working with a delivery team recognised for successfully executing large-scale data centre projects across Europe.


⚡ The role:

You will be responsible for leading the electrical commissioning scope, driving activities from early-stage inspections and testing through to full system integration and client handover. This position requires strong leadership and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines on a fast-paced project.


🔌 Key responsibilities:

  • Lead commissioning of electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, and switchgear
  • Oversee commissioning schedules, scripts, and reporting
  • Coordinate closely with mechanical, controls, and construction teams
  • Ensure all systems meet performance, safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage issue resolution, client witnessing, and final validation


✅ What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Commissioning Lead on data centre projects
  • Strong understanding of critical electrical infrastructure (UPS, generators, distribution systems)
  • Experience delivering Level 3–5 commissioning phases
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders in mission-critical environments
  • Previous experience in Denmark, the Nordics, or wider Europe is advantageous
