Project Planner Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Salary: Up to €85,000 + Rotation Package This internationally recognised engineering and construction specialist has built a strong reputation delivering complex mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Europe. With a growing portfolio of hyperscale data centre developments, they are continuing to expand their planning and project controls team across the Netherlands. Known for delivering technically challenging projects for some of the world’s leading blue-chip clients, this business offers long-term project pipelines, strong career progression opportunities, and the chance to work within a highly experienced international delivery team on major hyperscale data centre developments. They are now looking for a Project Planner to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Amsterdam. The Role As Project Planner, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams through the development, management, and reporting of detailed construction programmes across major mission-critical projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure programme performance, progress reporting, and project milestones are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 project schedules • Track project progress against programme milestones • Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks • Support recovery and mitigation planning activities • Produce lookahead schedules and progress reports • Coordinate with multidisciplinary project delivery teams • Monitor subcontractor progress and programme compliance • Support reporting for senior management and client teams • Assist with change management and programme updates • Participate in planning and coordination meetings Requirements • Previous experience as a Project Planner or Planning Engineer • Strong Primavera P6 experience • Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Major Construction project experience preferred • Good understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Ability to work within fast-paced project environments • EU work rights preferred Package • Salary up to €85,000 • Rotation package available • Accommodation & travel support • Long-term European project pipeline • Career progression opportunities within a growing international business • Opportunity to work on major hyperscale data centre projects For more information please contact: sadie.martin@clear-er.com
