BMS Commissioning Engineer at Clear. in London Area, United Kingdom (On-site)

Contract: Freelance

Duration: Initial 6 Months (Rolling Contract)

Start Date: Immediate

Rate: £400+ per day DOE

Clear Engineering Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a major commercial project in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level engineer with strong Tridium Niagara commissioning experience to take ownership of commissioning activities on a long-term project with an immediate start available.

The Role:

• Commissioning Tridium BMS systems on a large commercial development
• Software commissioning, point-to-point testing and functional testing
• Diagnosing and resolving commissioning issues
• Supporting the wider project team to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme
• Completing commissioning documentation and handover records
• Providing technical support and guidance where required

Requirements:

• Extensive experience commissioning Tridium BMS systems
• Previous experience delivering commercial building projects
• Strong software and commissioning knowledge
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with site teams
• Valid UK Right to Work
• Available for an immediate start
