CSA Engineer - Sweden | Eskilstuna

Up to €80,000

3/1 Rotation + Sole Accommodation + Sole Car + 20% Allowance uplift on salary

What will you be doing?

· Carry out inspections of site works to ensure robust quality control and compliance with project standards and specifications.

· Work closely with the Quality team to confirm that all completed works meet approved benchmarks; coordinate with QA Managers to ensure contractors submit all required documentation within agreed timelines.

· Liaise with subcontractors to monitor progress against the project schedule and facilitate regular subcontractor coordination meetings.

· Manage and maintain all site documentation, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and adherence to project and company requirements.

· Attend and actively contribute to Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Coordination sessions, Lookahead Meetings, and Handover Meetings.

· Review technical drawings in collaboration with the design team, identifying and resolving design or construction issues efficiently.

· Monitor contractor activities on site, conducting snagging to ensure installations comply with approved drawings and specifications; raise and track snag lists on the approved platform, issue them to contractors, and complete follow-up inspections and close-out reports in line with the QMS to achieve zero-defect delivery.

Is this job for me?

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar is essential with 5+ years of experience.

· Ability to work on own initiative.

· Experience working in the Sub Station industry is preferred.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines together with a high attention to detail.

· Ability to influence colleagues at all levels.

· Enjoy working as part of a high performing team.
