We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Engineer to join a leading organisation delivering critical infrastructure projects across Europe. This role will be based in Milan, working on high-profile data center projects.

The Role

As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems within mission-critical environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Commissioning and integration of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar)
• Working on large-scale data center projects
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and system optimisation
• Supporting project delivery from installation through to handover
• Collaborating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BMS Engineer / BMS Commissioning Engineer
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider)
• Experience working within data centers or critical environments is highly desirable
• Ability to travel when required
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
