They are now looking for a Campus Commercial Manager to oversee commercial delivery across a hyperscale data centre campus in Hamina, Finland.

The Role

As Campus Commercial Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the commercial management and performance of large-scale mission-critical construction packages across the campus. You will lead commercial teams, support project delivery strategy, and work closely with operational leadership, project management, subcontractors, and client teams to ensure successful financial and contractual performance across the project lifecycle. This position would suit an experienced Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial Lead with strong experience delivering major MEP, CSA, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of hyperscale data centre construction packages

• Manage commercial teams across multiple project areas

• Oversee forecasting, cost reporting, and financial performance

• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration

• Support risk management, variations, claims, and change control processes

• Ensure accurate project reporting and commercial governance

• Work closely with Project Directors and operational leadership teams

• Support client-facing commercial meetings and reporting activities

• Drive commercial strategy and project profitability across the campus

• Manage final accounts and commercial close-out activities

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Commercial Manager, or Commercial Lead

• Strong experience within Data Centres, MEP, CSA, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or mission-critical construction environments

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

• Experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary construction packages

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability

• Experience working within fast-paced international project environments

• Degree qualified within Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar discipline preferred
