EHS Manager / EHS Advisor – Finland
HSE Advisor – Norway
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure site-wide EHS compliance and adherence to local regulations
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Support contractors and project teams in maintaining a strong safety culture
- Review and approve RAMS, method statements, and permit-to-work systems
Requirements:
- Relevant EHS qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent)
- Proven experience on construction or data centre projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must have the right to work in Finland/Norway
