Quality Assurance Manager in Dresden, Saxony, Germany

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Quality Manager to join a major semiconductor project in Dresden, Germany on a 12-month contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established international contractor delivering a large-scale, mission-critical project within the semiconductor sector.

Key Details

• Location: Dresden, Germany
• Contract Length: 12 Months
• Hours: Monday to Friday - 50 hours per week

Rotation: None - ideally suited to candidates already based locally

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical QA/QC activities across the project
• Manage and inspect electrical installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Monitor quality processes for:
• Electrical containment systems
• HV & MV cabling installations
• General electrical installation works
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors, site teams, and client representatives
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with project quality and safety requirements

Requirements

• Strong background in electrical QA/QC on mission-critical projects
• Previous experience on large-scale data centre, semiconductor, or similar high-tech projects
• Electrical engineering degree/ qualification or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and German
• EU Passport or German Permanent Residency required
