Our client, a private equity-backed national data center platform, is building out its interconnection business and this is an early seat on the commercial team.

This is a role for someone early into their sales career in data centers or telco who wants a bigger platform than they've currently got. You'll be selling colocation and interconnection into carriers, network service providers, cloud and content customers as the business scales.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and building your own pipeline across the carrier, network and enterprise customer base
• Running deals end to end - qualification, solution discussion, pricing, and close
• Working alongside solutions engineering and operations to put credible proposals in front of customers
• Representing the business at industry events and building your network across the connectivity ecosystem

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in a sales or business development role in data centers, colocation, telco, network services or connectivity - interconnection specifically is a bonus, not a requirement
• A genuine hunter - comfortable generating your own pipeline rather than working inbound
• Hungry, coachable, and looking to grow with a business rather than slot into an existing machine
