Health & Safety Advisor - Data Centre Project


Location: Sweden

Start Date: ASAP

Project: Major Data Centre Project

Contract: Freelance / Contract

Duration: 6 months rolling


The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the project team in maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across a busy construction site.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day H&S advice and support to the project and construction teams.
  • Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety walks.
  • Review and monitor RAMS, permits, risk assessments and method statements.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and inductions.
  • Monitor high-risk activities and ensure safe systems of work are followed.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, implementing corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and the wider project team.
  • Maintain accurate H&S records and contribute to continuous improvement across the project.


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor / HSE Advisor within the Data Centre Sector.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and safe systems of work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple subcontractors and large site teams.
  • Relevant H&S qualification such as NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent.
  • Able to work in Sweden and available for an immediate start.
