Are you an experienced Low Voltage or ICT professional looking to take ownership of critical technology infrastructure packages on some of the world's largest data centre projects?


We are seeking a Low Voltage / ICT Package Manager to support the delivery of hyperscale data centre developments across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to manage the installation, coordination and successful delivery of key low voltage systems, working alongside project teams, specialist contractors, vendors and commissioning stakeholders.


As Low Voltage / ICT Package Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple technology and life safety systems, ensuring they are installed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction and mission-critical infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Low Voltage, ICT and ELV packages from design coordination through installation, testing and handover.

• Coordinate specialist subcontractors, vendors and project stakeholders to achieve programme milestones.

• Oversee the installation of structured cabling, fibre optic infrastructure, networking systems, security systems, access control, CCTV, fire alarm systems, PA/VA systems and associated ICT infrastructure.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, RFIs and vendor documentation.

• Monitor package progress and proactively identify risks, delays and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure installations are delivered in compliance with project specifications, client requirements and industry standards.

• Support testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST) and handover activities.

• Coordinate quality inspections, snagging and closeout processes.

• Track procurement, material deliveries and site readiness requirements.

• Provide regular reporting on package performance, programme status and key project risks.

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all project Health & Safety requirements.


Candidate Requirements

• Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT, Building Services or a related discipline.

• Experience delivering Low Voltage, ICT, ELV or technology infrastructure packages on large-scale construction projects.

• Strong understanding of structured cabling, fibre optic systems, networking infrastructure, CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, PA/VA systems and integrated building technologies.

• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and specialist installation contractors.

• Understanding of testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing and handover processes within mission-critical environments.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and design documentation.

• Strong programme management and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.

• Experience within data centres, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or industrial projects is highly desirable.
