Building Management Systems Engineer in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain

We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Technician / Commissioning Engineer for a short-term data centre project based in Madrid.

This is a high-profile European data centre assignment offering excellent package terms and the opportunity to work on a fast-paced commissioning environment with a leading project team.

📍 Project Details

• Location: Madrid, Spain
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Start date: Within 1–2 weeks
• Rotation: 17/5 (flexible rotation pattern available)

🛠️ Scope of Work

• BMS commissioning and testing on a live data centre environment
• LSS (Life Safety Systems) commissioning and integration support
• Point-to-point checks, IO testing, and system validation
• Fault finding and troubleshooting across BMS and LSS systems
• Supporting integration and final commissioning stages
• Working alongside MEP, controls, and fire/life safety teams to ensure smooth handover

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in BMS commissioning / technician roles
• Data centre experience strongly preferred
• Exposure to LSS / Life Safety Systems commissioning beneficial
• Ability to work independently on-site in a fast-moving environment
• EU passport (mandatory for this project)
• Strong understanding of control systems and commissioning procedures
