Cx Manager in European Union

I'm currently partnering with leading organisations delivering some of Europe's largest hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects and am keen to speak with experienced Commissioning Managers from both Electrical and Mechanical backgrounds.

This is an opportunity to join high-profile projects at the forefront of the data centre industry, supporting the successful delivery of critical infrastructure from commissioning through to client handover.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commissioning activities across large-scale data centre projects

• Oversee commissioning teams, subcontractors, and specialist vendors

• Coordinate FAT, SAT, IST and integrated systems testing activities

• Ensure commissioning processes are delivered safely, on time, and in line with project requirements

• Manage commissioning schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communication

• Support project teams through energisation, start-up, testing, and final handover phases

• Work closely with clients, consultants, construction teams, and operational stakeholders

🔹 Ideal Experience:

✅ Data Centre / Mission-Critical Project Experience

✅ Electrical or Mechanical Commissioning Background

✅ Strong understanding of commissioning procedures and systems integration

✅ Experience managing multidisciplinary teams

✅ Client-facing and stakeholder management experience

✅ Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects
