Project Manager – Mission Critical Competitive Salary I am working with a leading hyperscale data center developer that is seeking experienced Project Managers to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for driven construction professionals to work on some of the largest hyperscale data center developments in the market, delivering state-of-the-art campuses for some of the world's leading technology companies. The company has a multi-billion-dollar pipeline of projects, supported by a strategic partnership with Affinius Capital. Having evolved from decades of successful real estate development, they now specialise exclusively in developing, owning, and delivering large-scale hyperscale data center campuses. With approximately 3.5GW of projects being deployed across Texas, Northern Virginia, Pennsylvania, Canton, OH, Spain, and London over the coming years, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business experiencing significant growth Key Responsibilities Manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget Coordinate with owners, consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety Work closely with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams throughout the pursuit and delivery process Support the successful delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center campuses across multiple locations Background Required 2–10 years of construction industry experience Previous mission critical and/or data center construction experience is highly desirable Experience working for a general contractor, developer, or construction management firm Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel or relocate as required, with projects typically based on site Monday to Friday For more information please contact: halle.ismael@clear-er.com
