Key Responsibilities

• Full project management from kick-off through to handover
• Planning, scheduling, and financial control of BMS / CTS projects
• Resource planning and coordination of internal teams and subcontractors
• Procurement and purchasing activities
• Attendance and leadership in site, progress, and coordination meetings
• Management of stakeholders across construction and client teams
• Quality assurance and delivery oversight
• Identification and delivery of additional works and service opportunities

Desired Experience

• Proven experience in project management within BMS / CTS or building automation
• Technical background (electrician, automation technician, engineer, installation background, or similar)
• Strong understanding of project delivery, milestones, and structured execution
• Confident managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to anticipate project challenges
• Strong communication and coordination skills
