Location: Skellefteå, Sweden

Salary up to: €95k + accommodation + flights + living allowance

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Lead Planner to join a major project in Skellefteå, Sweden. The successful candidate will take ownership of programme delivery and planning strategy, ensuring project schedules are effectively developed, maintained, and monitored throughout the full project lifecycle.


Working closely with project teams, site management, and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving programme performance and supporting successful project delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of detailed project programmes
  • Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across all project phases
  • Monitor progress and provide regular programme reporting and analysis
  • Carry out critical path analysis and identify programme risks and mitigation strategies
  • Develop recovery programmes where required to support project delivery targets
  • Coordinate closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Support change management processes and programme updates
  • Drive planning best practice across the project team


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Lead Planner or Senior Planner position
  • Strong Primavera P6 capability
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects
  • Previous data centre, mission-critical, MEP, industrial, pharmaceutical, or similar technically complex project experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of project controls and programme management principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work within fast-paced project environments
