The business is seeking an experienced Design Director to lead regional design delivery with full autonomy to build and develop a high-performing design team. Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Data Center design projects
• Leading overall design management
• Creating processes, procedures and design strategies
• Leading design teams across Electrical/Mechanical regionally

Background Required

• Experience as a design lead (director/ VP level)
• Electrical/Mechanical background
• Hands on Experience with hyperscale DC design projects
• Experience in consultancy or contractor and looking to move to GC and manage full scope
• 10+ years Data Center & Mission Critical
