Senior MEP Project Manager
Role Purpose
The Senior MEP Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical packages on large-scale projects. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading multidisciplinary teams and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP projects from inception through to handover.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, cost forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and variations, and provide accurate reporting to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary project teams to achieve high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Oversee the delivery, coordination, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure projects meet technical specifications and programme requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager or MEP Project Manager delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong background in data centres, pharmaceutical, or industrial sectors.
- Experience managing MEP packages valued at €20M+.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Strong commercial, contract, and programme management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Right to work in Germany
