Commissioning Site Manager – Hyperscale Data Centers
We're partnering with an industry-leading developer of AI and hyperscale data centers to hire an experienced Commissioning Site Manager. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of the most advanced mission-critical facilities in the U.S.
Key Responsibilitie
- sLead Level 1–5 commissioning activities across multiple hyperscale data center projects
- .Manage electrical, mechanical, BMS and EPMS commissioning from pre-functional testing through integrated systems testing and final handover
- .Coordinate with owners, contractors, consultants and equipment vendors throughout the commissioning process
- .Oversee functional testing, startup, troubleshooting and performance validation
- .Ensure all commissioning activities meet project specifications and industry standards

- ceElectrical systems including UPS, Switchgear, ATS, STS, Transformers, Generators, EPMS, BMS, PLC Controls and Power Distributio
- n.Mechanical systems including Chillers, Cooling Towers, CRAH/CRAC Units, AHUs, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, VFDs and HVAC Control
- s.Knowledge of ASHRAE, BCxA and NETA commissioning standards is highly desirabl
