A large reputable Contractor is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager on their project in Hamina, Finland. This is a senior leadership role working for a one of the largest Hyperscalers as a top commissioning lead for the project.

The role:

The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the commissioning process of a project, to ensure that all systems are designed, installed and tested according to the client specifications before handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the commissioning program across colocation and hyperscale builds.
• Oversee and coordinate all phases of commissioning (Level 1–5) for MEP systems, BMS, EPMS, and critical infrastructure.
• Manage all documentation, schedules and resources related to commissioning activities.

The ideal candidate has a:

• Minimum of 10 years construction experience
• Minimum 5 years direct experience as a trade lead (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) and / or commissioning MEP Equipment in a hyperscale Data Centre.
• Experience managing end-to-end commissioning for a minimum of 3 mission critical projects.
• Experience with construction scheduling, cost and resource management.
• Professional Qualification in Mechanical Engineering desirable.
• General Contractor experience
