CSA Lead – Data Centre Project
Position: CSA Lead
Location: Germany
Sector: Data Centres
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 6 months+
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all CSA activities on site.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor programme progress, resolve technical issues, and drive project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CSA Lead, Senior or CSA Manager on Data Centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural & Architectural construction.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have the legal right to work in Germany.
- Previous Data Centre or mission-critical project experience is essential.
