Senior Data Center Business Development Manager


USA – Fully Remote


$200,000 - $250,000

A leading global energy solutions provider is expanding its footprint into the data center and power infrastructure space. With a strong track record in innovation and large-scale project delivery, the business is now focused on supporting the rapid growth of digital infrastructure through integrated energy and power solutions.


This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth division at the intersection of clean energy and data center development. You will play a key role in shaping market expansion, building strategic partnerships, and driving commercial success in one of the fastest-growing sectors globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with data center clients, including hyperscalers and cloud providers
  • Manage a high-value client portfolio and drive long-term partnerships
  • Assess client needs across capacity, location, technical specs, and commercial models
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, pricing, and contract execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data center and power solutions
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment and timely execution
  • Identify and manage key partners across the data center ecosystem
  • Monitor market trends and support commercial strategy and business planning


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Data center sales or development experience
  • Strong knowledge of data center markets, models, and regulations
  • Established network within the data center ecosystem
  • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals
  • Strong commercial, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven with a willingness to travel frequently
