We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee complex data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong financial acumen, executive-level client engagement, and the ability to lead high-performing project teams in fast-paced, technically demanding environments.

Position Overview:

The Senior Electrical Project Manager will provide full lifecycle leadership for large-scale data center projects throughout North Carolina. Reporting to executive leadership, this role is responsible for strategic project oversight, financial performance, team development, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in mission-critical environments, electrical distribution systems, and complex infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale electrical data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide leadership to project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and field personnel.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, billing, and contract administration.
• Manage project schedules, procurement strategies, subcontractors, and long-lead equipment coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and mission-critical construction standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring and developing team members.
• Drive successful project execution by proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience.
• 3+ years managing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, cabling, and critical facility retrofits.
• Proven success leading complex construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
• Proficiency with project management and financial software.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
