  • Drive technical governance, engineering standards and design consistency across the project portfolio.
  • Manage programme schedules, design deliverables, approvals and stage-gate processes.

  • Lead design reviews, technical workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, specialist vendors and external stakeholders.
  • Produce executive-level reports covering programme performance, risks, critical decisions and project milestones.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery, increase capacity, standardise solutions and accelerate project programmes.
  • Support strategic decision-making around resilience, sustainability, constructability and future expansion.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience delivering large-scale Data Centre, Mission Critical, Infrastructure or Industrial projects.
  • Strong background managing multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects or programmes.
  • Excellent understanding of data centre design, permitting, utility coordination and programme delivery.
  • Experience managing consultants, contractors, utility providers and client stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of programme controls, scheduling, risk management and technical governance.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI or similar programme management software.
  • Fluent French and English communication skills are essential.

  • Join an ambitious and rapidly growing international organisation.
  • Work on technically complex, high-value mission-critical developments.
  • Excellent long-term career progression and leadership opportunities.
