I’m currently partnering with a leading contractor in the data centre construction space to find an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, large-scale mission-critical projects, with strong leadership exposure and real scope for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from estimation through to delivery
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, company, and client standards
- Oversee on-site execution to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Manage procurement, vendors, and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in Electrical Construction Project Management
- Experience delivering data centre or large-scale IT/telecom infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-outs
- Experience working in live/operational environments and retrofit projects
- Confident managing deadlines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Must be authorised to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Nice to Have:
- Mission-critical project experience
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or similar
- PMP / PMI-SP certification
- Experience with tools such as Google Suite, Salesforce, or ConEst
