Electrical Site Supervisor – Data Centre Project in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major Data Centre project in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on site.
• Monitor daily progress and report to the Construction Manager.
• Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions and ensure compliance with RAMS.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain programme milestones.
• Manage materials, labour and subcontractors within your work area.
• Champion a positive Health & Safety culture, ensuring zero-harm objectives are achieved.

Requirements

• Senior Electrical Trade qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising electrical installations on large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Commercial or Industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
