Project Manager in European Union

Our client is a leading specialist contractor delivering security systems within mission-critical and hyperscale data centre environments across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Security Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee site delivery on major projects.

Location: Finland

Duration: On going contract / Temp to Perm

Rotation: 3/1 or 10/4

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of security systems installations on site

• Supervise subcontractors, installers, and specialist vendors

• Coordinate access control, CCTV, alarms, containment, and cabling works

• Monitor programme, quality, permits, and health & safety compliance

• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover

• Attend client and coordination meetings providing progress updates

• Maintain site documentation, reports, and as-built records

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in security systems or critical environments

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or Project Manager

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems

• Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred

• Ability to read drawings and manage site sequencing/programmes

• VCA/SCC certification required (VOL-VCA preferred)

• EU passport or residency in Finland is essential

Experience with systems such as Lenel, Genetec, C-Cure, Axis, or Bosch is highly advantageous.
