You will be leading and building an engineering team which specializes in design, integration, and delivery of complex power systems and power electronic equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MV/HV electrical design and system integration
- Manage end-to-end engineering project delivery (scope, schedule, budget)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and internal procedures
- Conduct design reviews, simulations, and validation testing
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and quality teams on integrated solutions
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and team development
- Drive continuous improvement and engineering best practices
- Ensure customer requirements are met across all deliverables
- Oversee site engineering procedures, wiring systems, and documentation
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (5-10 years’ experience)
- Strong background in electrical design, testing, and system integration
- Knowledge of MV switchgear, PLCs, VFDs, and control systems
- Ability to read and produce electrical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E and NEC standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks (desirable)
- Experience managing engineering projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills
