The Opportunity
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the mechanical scope across a diverse portfolio of projects, including:
- Industrial
- Manufacturing
- Controlled Environment Agriculture
- Large-Scale Commercial
Working as part of a fully integrated design-build team, you'll have the autonomy to lead projects from preconstruction through to completion, collaborating with in-house designers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the mechanical scope from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Lead procurement, subcontractor management, project schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, superintendents, and clients throughout each phase of the project.
- Drive project performance while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or background in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven experience managing the mechanical scope on commercial and/or industrial construction projects.
- Design-build experience is highly desirable.
- A proactive, organised professional who enjoys taking ownership and seeing projects through from start to finish.
