🚧 Mechanical Commissioning Lead – Data Centre | Finland
A leading commissioning specialist within the data centre sector is seeking an experienced Mechanical Cx Lead to join a high-profile project in Finland.
This role offers the chance to play a key part in delivering a mission-critical facility, working alongside a well-established team known for executing complex data centre projects across the Nordics.
🔧 The role:
You’ll take ownership of the mechanical commissioning scope, overseeing activities from pre-functional testing through to integrated systems testing and final handover. This is a leadership position requiring strong coordination across contractors, vendors, and client teams.
⚙️ Key responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical commissioning across HVAC, cooling and associated systems
- Manage commissioning programmes, procedures, and documentation
- Coordinate with electrical, controls, and general contractor teams
- Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all Cx activities
- Support client witnessing, issue resolution, and system validation
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Commissioning Lead on data centre projects
- Strong knowledge of chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, and critical cooling systems
- Experience with Level 3–5 commissioning processes
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
- Previous experience in the Nordics or Europe is beneficial
