Main Responsibilities: • Drive and promote the corporate values and vision of the company within the industry. • Drive and promote new business for the company within the industry. • Assist Potential and current clients in the design & implement of technical solutions and standards to promote new business for the company within the industry. • Assist in the design & implement of company technical standards and continuous improvement projects to progress business within the data centre sector. • Identify key opportunities and key new clients to promote new business for the company within the industry. • Assist in the design & implement of company technical standards and continuous improvement projects to improve daily efficiency. • Assist in the generation of company documentation and SOP’s and new solutions and client standards. • Assist and support deployment and training for new products. • Assist and support deployment of new technical solutions for new projects. • Identify skill gaps and knowledge gaps of all existing engineers and technicians to assist further development • Actively demonstrate to company staff, a culture of team environment & safety awareness. This is a core mission of the overall business. • Actively participate in weekly and quarterly operations & management meetings to promote business management. • Actively participate in weekly and quarterly client meetings to promote business management. Daily Responsibilities: • Understand and manage the technical deployment of automation projects within company for its clients and its projects • Develop and and manage engineering solutions for all key clients, following and client engineering department standards. • Promote technical leadership of projects to resolve complex technical issues regarding software, hardware and equipment. • Provide technical leadership and advice to clients on automation related issues. • Design and execute software control strategies in-line with client requirements General Responsibilities: • Participate fully in any company business and daily activities • Adhere to safe working practices as set out in the company safety statement • Adhere to company corporate rules SOP’s and guidelines.
