BIM Coordinator in Vaasa, Ostrobothnia, Finland

Location: Vaasa, Finland

Salary up to: €85k + Rotation package

An excellent opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to join a leading international engineering contractor specialising in the delivery of mission-critical projects across Europe.

The company has established itself as one of the key players within the Data Centre sector, delivering some of the largest hyperscale developments for globally recognised technology clients. This role will be based on a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland, supporting multidisciplinary teams across design, coordination, and digital construction activities within a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
• Manage clash detection and resolution processes using industry-standard software.
• Support BIM execution plans, project standards, and digital delivery requirements.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with design, construction, and subcontractor teams.
• Ensure model quality, compliance, and information management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with site teams to support construction sequencing and project delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Engineer, or BIM Technician.
• Strong experience using Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models on large-scale construction projects.
• Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Industrial, or Mission Critical project experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
