About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager (ELV) to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Hamina, Finland. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale, mission-critical facility while working with a leading international project team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Extra Low Voltage (ELV) package, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of all ELV systems across the data centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitor programme milestones and ensure package delivery aligns with project schedules.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover activities for ELV systems.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and design changes.
• Track package budgets, procurement schedules, and commercial performance.
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior project leadership.
• Support project close-out and final documentation processes.

ELV Systems Experience

Candidates should have experience managing some or all of the following:

• Structured Cabling Systems
• CCTV & Security Systems
• Access Control
• Intruder Detection Systems
• Public Address / Voice Alarm Systems
• Fire Alarm Interfaces
• Building Management System (BMS) Interfaces
• ICT & Communications Infrastructure
• Network and Fibre Installations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Package Manager, Electrical Project Manager, or Senior Electrical Engineer.
• Previous data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or large-scale industrial project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and associated installation practices.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to drive programme, quality, and safety performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• EU work eligibility is advantageous.
